Keratosis Pilaris occurs due to a high deficiency of Vitamin A and C; this health condition may also occur due to genetic transfer from parents or grandparents.
Foods with a high content of Vitamin A and C call for an intake regularly in case of the above deficiency signs. Some common foods in this regard are dark-green vegetables, meats, fresh fruits, and fresh vegetables.
7. RESTLESS LEG SYNDROME (RLS)
This syndrome is also named Willis-Ekbom Syndrome. In this syndrome, nerves cause blood blockage and uncomfortable conditions in the legs. This condition’s exact cause is not apparent. However, some experts cite the lack of vitamin C and B as the prominent reason behind it.
