    Otozin combines an anesthetic, analgesic, and skin protectant. It functions by releasing pressure, lowering swelling, congestion, soreness, and discomfort, and safeguarding the ear's skin.

    Otoxin is used to relieve pressure, edema, and discomfort brought on by certain ear infections.

    It softens ear wax so that it may be removed.

    This drug is used to treat discomfort, congestion, and edema caused by middle ear inflammation (acute otitis media) (acute otitis media). This drug is also used to assist eliminate earwax.

    This package comprises 2 primary drugs. Benzocaine is a topical anesthetic that helps to dull the pain. Antipyrine is an analgesic that helps to lessen pain and inflammation.

    This product may also include glycerin, which helps to soften the earwax, and/or zinc acetate, which helps to protect the skin.

     

    Uses Of Otozin

    •     Otoxin is used to alleviate discomfort, edema, and pressure connected with certain ear infections.
    •     Otoxin is used to soften earwax so it may be taken out.

     

    Side Effects of Otozin

    Every medicine may have unwanted consequences and Otoxin does have its own share of side effects. The following are side effects of Otoxin;

    •     Rashes
    •    Hives
    •     Itching
    •     Red
    •     Swollen
    •     Blistered, or peeling skin with or without fever,
    •     Wheezing
    •     Chest tightness
    •     Difficulty breathing
    •     Unusual hoarseness
    •     Swelling of the mouth, face, lips, tongue, or throat are all indications of an allergic response.
    •     Awful ear irritation

    How should I take this medication (Otozin)?

    •     Both before and after using, wash your hands.

    •     Drops should not contact the ear while being placed in the ear. Keep your side up for two minutes, or insert a cotton plug.

    Before Taking Otozin

    •     Inform all of the medical professionals that you use Otozin (ear drops with antipyrine, benzocaine, glycerin, and zinc).
    •     Your physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and dentists fall within this category.
    •     If you are pregnant or want to become pregnant, let your doctor know 
    •     Inform your doctor if you are nursing a baby.
    •     Any hazards to your infant must be discussed.
