There is no scientific study that can prove the effectiveness of the oil on psoriasis. You must use it with care as applying the wrong quantity of tea tree oil can make people allergic to it.

Some other tips that you need to follow to maintain a healthy weight and avoid:

  • Avoiding sugar
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Cut out any trans fat which is found in processed and fast food.
  • You must eat fruits with anti-inflammatory properties that includes eating vegetables and fruits

Other triggers that you need to avoid:

  • Smoking
  • Stress
  • Skin injury, sunburn, scrapes, scrapes
  • Illness and infections include strep throat, colds, and other common conditions.
