Buttermilk

Dilute 1 tbsp of sandalwood with 3 cups of water. You can also add a few drops of rose water and put some to taste. Consume 3 times a day to see effective results.

You can use cabbage juice to heal psoriasis.
Aloe Vera Gel
You can use aloe vera gel or the lime juice in the diluted form. Apply the raw gel onto the skin infected by psoriasis and it will slowly help you get rid of the problem.

If someone is suffering from psoriasis which can make a person overweight. By regularly exercising you can lower the risk of some additional problems

Tea Tree Oil
Tea tree oil is extracted from the leaves of the plant that is found in Australia. It is known or its antiseptic qualities that can be directly applied to the skin. There is no scientific study that can prove the effectiveness of the oil on psoriasis. You must use it with care as applying the wrong quantity of tea tree oil can make people allergic to it.
Some other tips that you need to follow to maintain a healthy weight and avoid:

- Cut out any trans fat which is found in processed and fast food.
