We are so conditioned to think that there is always more work that needs to be done and this can lead to mental fatigue that is hard to overcome.

Getting up from your desk or away from the TV once a day to work out or step outside to go on a walk can make a big difference in your mental well-being. For many people, anxiety and overall stress can be well-managed just by taking the time to move their bodies at least once a day.
