That’s why recovery should be more than just quitting a substance. It should focus on healing the person from within.

    Holistic therapies aim to treat the individual as a whole—mind, body, and soul. These methods don’t replace medical or psychological treatment but support the recovery process beautifully. Many people in India are now turning towards holistic care as a part of their de-addiction journey.

    1. Yoga and Meditation
