    The fact is that exercise can be a stressful endeavor, and poor handling and management of exercise can lead to people quitting before they can get anything meaningful out of it.

    One way to help make fitness and exercise more fun is to ensure that you aren’t overdoing it. If you don’t have too much experience with more intense workouts, it’s often best to start things slow. Even if you feel like you can push things further, the crucial thing is to be consistent.
