Position the feet of your foot onto the bottom of this wall (like they had been walking it up ) while keeping your heels on the floor, then lean forward until you feel a stretch in the arch of the foot. Hold for 10 seconds and repeat with another foot.

      2. MASSAGE YOUR ACHING FEET
