Ingredients for the okro soup:

 

  1. Goatmeat
  2. Fresh fish (scumbia)
  3. Crayfish
  4. Stockfish
  5. Dried fish (mangala)
  6. Cut Okra
  7. Well cut Pumpkin leaf (Ugu)
  8. Cut Uziza leaf
  9. (Palm oil, Ground fresh pepper and Onion)
  10. Seasoning cubes and salt to taste

Directions

  1. I seasoned the Goatmeat, Fresh fish and Stockfish with seasoning cubes, half of the cut Onion, half of the crayfish as well, fresh pepper then, cook till tender.
  2. I removed the fish to avoid scattering then, I Put the cooked fish in an empty bowl, covered it and set aside.
  3. I added the mangala fish, add my palm oil, the remaining onion, crayfish and salt to taste.
  4. I cooked till the water added dried a little, added the cut okra, I stirred it and adjusted the salt and the seasoning cube. I covered it and simmered for about 6-7mins.
  5. Put my fish and chopped Uziza then, cooked for about 2mins
    I now added my Ugu immediately. I brought it down and served it hot...... (serve hot).????????
