1. Keep Yourself More Hydrating

The Fibre present in the body pulls a liquid into the colon and helps the body in creating the softer, bulkier stools. That makes the passage of the stools easier without causing pressures or piles and even constipation. Make sure that you carry a bottle of drinking water with you everywhere.
